Registration fee includes:
- Admission to all technical sessions;
- Coffee breaks;
- A delegate conference kit;
- Sunday welcome reception;
- Tuesday evening cultural event;
- Friday farewell party.
The cost for the Wednesday Excursion to the Great Wall is US$ 20 per person, while that for the Thursday Banquet is US$ 50 per person. Cost for these two events are NOT included in the registration fee.

Refund Policy
The full amount paid, minus a service charge of approximately 3.6%, will be refunded upon request made before June 15, 2010.
50% of full amount paid will be refunded upon request made between June 16, 2010 and July 25, 2010.
There is no refund after July 25, 2010.

All credit card information collected is processed securely. The local committee does not maintain credit card information for each registrant.
