Registration
Symposium online registration is now open.
Hotel Reservation
Blocks of rooms at discount rates have been reserved for the Symposium participants in area hotels. You need to make the reservation through us, as part of your registration.
Note: If you will need a room before July 31 or after Aug. 6, please make your reservation as early as possible because the room blocks are held only for the conference period of July 31 to August 6.
Discount price is now available in the Beijing Friendship Hotel for the guests of the symposium. The hotel is about 5 km away from Tsinghua campus, and NO connecting transportations will be provided by the local organization committee. Visa Information:
Most foreigners are required to have a Chinese visa to visit China. The information for Chinese visa application is provided here.
For attending the Symposium, we can issue you an invitation letter for the period from July 29 to Aug 09 as part of your visa application. If you will also join the post symposium program for young scholoars organized by us, please contact us at:
We do not have enough time to prepare the Visa Notification Form for registrations after July 10. If you register after this date, please contact your local Chinese embassy for tourist visa application.
